Welcome to RifatXtra. By accessing or using this website and its services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Services

RifatXtra provides web development, software development, website maintenance, consulting, and related digital services. Project scope, timelines, deliverables, and pricing will be agreed upon before work begins.

2. Quotations and Payments

All quotations are valid for the period specified in the proposal or quotation document.

Projects may require an advance payment before work commences.

Remaining payments must be completed according to the agreed payment schedule.

Delayed payments may result in project suspension until outstanding balances are cleared.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

The client receives ownership and usage rights to the final delivered website, application, design, or other agreed deliverables after full payment is received.

RifatXtra retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, templates, libraries, utilities, development processes, and reusable components used during development.

Source Code Ownership

Unless explicitly included in the project proposal or contract:

Source code, development repositories, project files, custom frameworks, deployment configurations, development assets, and internal documentation are not included in standard project pricing.

If a client requires full source code ownership, repository access, or transfer of development assets, this must be agreed upon separately and may require an additional fee.

Source code transfer terms and pricing will be specified in a separate agreement.

4. Third-Party Services

Projects may incorporate third-party services, plugins, APIs, hosting providers, or software.

Clients are responsible for:

Purchasing required licenses where applicable.

Maintaining subscriptions for third-party services.

Complying with the terms of those providers.

RifatXtra is not responsible for interruptions, pricing changes, or service failures caused by third-party providers.

5. Revisions

Reasonable revisions within the agreed project scope are included.

Requests that significantly alter the approved scope, design, features, or functionality may be treated as additional work and billed separately.

6. Project Delays

Client delays in providing content, approvals, credentials, or feedback may affect project timelines.

RifatXtra is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or delayed responses from the client.

7. Warranty and Support

Unless otherwise stated:

Delivered work is provided "as is."

Bug fixes relating to delivered functionality may be provided during any agreed support period.

New features, enhancements, or modifications are not considered warranty work.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RifatXtra shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits

Loss of data

Business interruption

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

arising from the use of services or deliverables.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project by written notice.

Any completed work performed up to the termination date remains billable and must be paid accordingly.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
